About Saema Mirza
Dr. Mirza is an experienced general and preventative cardiologist, providing echocardiography, exercise testing, nuclear cardiology, pacemaker programming and interrogation, and diagnostic cardiac catheterization, in addition to her patient office visits. Dr. Mirza has been practicing cardiology with Cardiovascular Associates since 2004, following her post graduate training in cardiology at the University of Alabama School of Medicine and internal medicine residency at University of Connecticut. She currently practices both in Birmingham and Talladega, Alabama. She is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Mirza has presented at numerous medical conferences including ACC Annual Meetings, the American Heart Association Annual Meeting, and the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions Annual Meeting. Dr. Mirza is published in many journals and websites regarding research and case studies representing various cardiac conditions. Dr. Mirza sees patients at the Colonnade Parkway office and the Talladega office of CVA. She is accepting patients with general cardiology conditions. She performs cardiac diagnostic procedures at the Colonnade Parkway office, Brookwood Baptist Medical Center, Citizen’s Baptist Medical Center and Grandview Medical Center.
