Certain cardiovascular conditions benefit from specialized care. Our condition-specific clinics provide focused expertise and individualized care plans to accommodate the needs of patients requiring this distinct level of care.

Coumadin Clinic
Coumadin Clinic Managing blood thinning medication requires careful attention to detail, monitoring and education. Our Coumadin Clinic is staffed by nurses who use sophisticated software to monitor each patient's profile. Nurse practitioners and physicians are available for immediate consultation as well. No appointment is necessary for coumadin checks. This clinic is located at our main campus location.

Heart Lab
Heart Lab Our Heart Lab is responsible for monitoring and treating patients' cardiac rhythms. We offer non-invasive monitoring as well as ongoing follow-up and support for patients with implantable treatment devices. This clinic is located at our main campus location.

We offer three types of non-invasive monitoring to identify rhythm or blood pressure abnormalities while the patient takes part in normal day-to-day activity:

  • Holter Monitor
  • Event Monitor
  • Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor

For patients with an implanted device, the Heart Lab provides ongoing follow up and support. We offer in-office evaluation, troubleshooting and programming of pacemakers, ICDs, and implantable loop recorders. We also follow patients through remote home monitoring and trans-telephonic monitoring.
