After seeing a CVA physician, please stop at the checkout desk before you leave to make an appointment for your next visit. We believe it is important to your overall health to familiarize yourself with the names and dosages of your medications. Always bring a list of the medications you're taking to every appointment and hospital visit, and please inform us of any drug allergies you may have.
